Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All sales of hemp‑derived beverage products are final. Due to regulatory requirements, product safety standards, and chain‑of‑custody controls, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of verified product defect or fulfillment error.

 

🧾 2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns are only considered under the following conditions:

A. Defective Product

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., leaking cans, compromised seals)
  • Product spoilage verified upon receipt
  • Labelling errors that affect compliance

B. Fulfillment Errors

  • Incorrect SKU shipped
  • Incorrect quantity shipped
  • Damage occurring during transit and documented at delivery

If the issue does not fall into one of these categories, the product is not eligible for return.

 

3. Reporting Window

To maintain compliance and product integrity:

  • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will be automatically denied.
  • Time‑stamped photos and batch/lot numbers are required for all claims.

 

📦 4. Condition Requirements

To qualify for return or replacement:

  • Product must remain unopenedunused, and in original packaging.
  • All cases must include intact lot numbers and COA references.
  • Product must be stored according to required conditions (e.g., temperature, light exposure). Failure to follow storage guidelines voids eligibility.

 

💰 5. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non‑returnable:

  • Opened or partially used cases
  • Products without intact packaging
  • Custom‑formulated or private‑label beverages
  • Products held beyond the 48‑hour reporting window
  • Overstock or buyer ordering errors
  • Products exposed to improper storage conditions
  • Any product removed from the original delivery location
